We understand that FAQs can sometimes feel a little rigid, but they’re here to help ensure everything runs smoothly. Please take a moment to read through them, as they’re designed to clear up any questions and help make your session as enjoyable as possible!
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
How far out should I book your services?​
It is recommended to book at least 3 weeks before your desired shoot date. During busier months like March and April (for graduation concepts), aim to book at least a month and a half prior

How are payments accepted?
After a consultation is held, a Square Payments Invoice will be forwarded via email. It will request an immediate 1/2 non-refundable deposit to lock in your spot. Then the other 1/2 would be paid on the day of the shoot

Can I reschedule or cancel my session?
Yes, you’re able to reschedule with at least 72 hours' notice, and your deposit will be applied to a new date within three months of the original booking (subject to availability). However, cancellations are non-refundable

Can you hold my request without payment?
Unfortunately no. That initial deposit isn’t due by an exact date, but it is what locks in your booking. So until it’s paid, the date and time that you requested in the inquiry are still available to others who submit a deposit first. Our suggestion is always to have it paid sooner rather than later

I haven't received a response to my inquiry - What should I do?
We apologize for the delayed response. This could be due to a larger than usual amount of inquiries received within a short time or perhaps proper contact information was not included in the inquiry. Please submit another inquiry and send an email to freshfxvisuals@gmail.com stating that you are awaiting a response

Do you offer travel services?
Yes, we offer travel sessions! However, clients are responsible for additional travel costs, including accommodation, flights, and meals, in addition to the photography service fee.​

SESSION POLICIES
​
What happens if I arrive late?​
There is a 20-minute courtesy period. After that, a $25 late fee will apply and the session time will not be extended due to tardiness.
Do you help with poses?​
Yes of course -- we won't leave you stuck!
​
Do you photograph boudoir, lingerie or overly revealing concepts?​
While we understand and respect the artistic value of these concepts, they do not align with the style and values that FreshFxVisuals LLC strives to maintain. If this doesn’t align with your vision, we may not be the best fit for your project. However, if you're unsure, feel free to reach out, and we’d be happy to discuss further and help clarify

Can I bring props?​
Most studio shoots will have basic seating options like stools and chairs available. If you’d like to incorporate occasion-specific props such as balloons, cake, flowers, confetti, or themed decorations, you’re welcome to bring them to personalize your session!
EDITING & IMAGE DELIVERY

Do you provide unedited photos? ​
Yes, unedited proofs and edited images will be sent after your session via email (through a photo-sharing platform called Pixieset)

I want my pictures edited faster - Is this possible?​
YES IT IS! We have rush edit add-ons available at $75 for a 24-hour turnaround, $50 for a 48-hour turnaround, and $35 for a 72-hour turnaround ​​
​
Can you edit zodiac signs/texts into my images? ​
No. This edit request will unfortunately be declined as it does not align with the values FreshFxVisuals LLC ​​​
